Majority of adults need 4-6 shots:

1- Tdap: $115+$35 administration fee =$150

2- Hepatitis B: $140+$35 administration fee =$175

3- MMR= $140+$35 administration fee=$175

4- Flu shot during flu season, 6 months and older, October-March=$50

5- Possible Varicella $175

6- COVID vaccine: 6 months and older.  Only one dose is required.

-Elderly individuals (65 years and older) and children 18 years and older require different kinds of shots.

For Children, the shot record (must be in the MCIR Michigan immunization registry), which we can convert.  All this can be explained during your visit. No need to worry about it.

- If you are pregnant, we cannot give you MMR and varicella. If you are not sure we can do a pregnancy test.

• Blood & Urine Test Done at a Beaumont Laboratory near our office.

-They will send the results to our office after several days. The laboratory for immigration is open Monday-Friday.

-You can use your insurance for blood and urine tests, if it does not get covered then the lab will bill you.

 

-If you do not have insurance: You can ask Beaumont lab for the Price.  You will not be able to pay at the lab.  They will bill you.

Perhaps it was because of the number of filers. The staff was pretty helpful and understanding. The visit was simpler than I initially thought it would be.
